** Timer- Alarm lamp illuminates when:

(1) Abnormal pressure increase...If pressure does not reach, 8kg/cm2 in 60 sec. after pump has been started.

(2) Abnormal pressure decrease...If pressure does not decrease during interval period.

(3) Oil level...Oil level comes down below pre-determined level.

** Timer- Push manual feed button when:

(1) Alarm lamp illuminates during reset alarm condition.

(2) Pump needs to be operated before next operation cycle.

The LCB3 Pump uses Piston Distributors to distribute Oil.

The LCB3 is a motorized unit designed for use with piston distributors. The tank, flange and cover are all aluminum die casting. An IC-Timer facilitates selection of 10 different cycle times from 2-192 minutes. A pressure switch, pressure gauge, and float switch are available. All models come with a manual feed switch to control cycle frequency.
